PR Account Director

Overview

Exposure New York, an independent boutique creative agency, is looking for an informed, ambitious and organized mind to join our PR Team at Account Director level.

Account Directors provide leadership and strategic direction for clients and their accounts. This involves delivering long term value to their businesses through effective PR strategies while making sure accounts are profitable and well managed.

As leadership roles, account directors inspire trust and confidence in senior client contacts as well as their own team and other Exposure stakeholders.

Account Directors are critical for Exposure’s success both in making sure current client work delivers mutual value while also growing accounts, old and new.

 

Job Responsibilities

—Building and maintaining credible, productive relationships with clients through consistent and proactive client servicing and counsel
—Building and delivering effective media strategies, leading your team in delivery
—Providing creative input alongside the wider team
—Developing and selling strategic client proposals and building out into coherent comms plan for your team to activate
—Leading a client servicing team, developing, mentoring and providing direction to all team members
—Conduct and report campaign reviews, drawing out insights and learnings
