Account Director (NYC)

Overview

Exposure New York, an independent boutique creative agency, is looking for an informed, ambitious and organized mind to join our creative team at Account Director level. Our agency works to create integrated communications that connect brands and culture with purpose and relevancy, and we work with some amazing clients across fashion, lifestyle and spirits brands.

We would like to work alongside an energetic and intelligent Account Director who can lead high profile brands and clients, bring solutions to business challenges, and navigate the ins and outs of content and experiential campaigns. A natural ability to effectively communicate and rally teams will be key.

Job Responsibilities

Client Management
—Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships across multiple accounts
—Collaborate with brand stakeholders and brand partners on an ongoing basis
—Problem solve and propose viable solutions to client challenges
—Demonstrate a deep understanding of client category, objectives and business

 Project Management
—Work closely with senior account team to support and/or lead projects
—Recap internal and client meetings and calls with clear and timely notes and next steps
—Clearly communicate client objectives to wider agency team
—Guide and direct internal agency creative process and workflow
—Secure and direct third party partners and vendors where relevant

Production Support
—Build and maintain timelines and budgets with production partners
—Support internal team in flawless execution of campaigns and brand initiatives
—Serve as liaison between agency, production partners and client
—Assist with planning of shoots and activations and provide support to senior team

Finance and Legal Ownership
—Ensure necessary financial and legal approvals are secured for clients
—Oversee and maintain project budgets and agency billing
—Confirm clear and accurate budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation
—Liase with agency and client legal teams as needed

Event Producer (NYC)

Overview

Exposure New York, an independent boutique creative agency, is looking for a talented, ambitious and creative mind to join our creative team as an Event Producer. Our agency works to create integrated communications that connect brands and culture with purpose and relevancy, and we work with some amazing clients across fashion, lifestyle and spirits brands.

You will be working closely with the Production Director, Client Servicing Director and Creative Director. We would like to work alongside an energetic and detail orientated Producer who can manage and lead large-scale events.

Job Responsibilities

Team Management
Ownership and running of small accounts and sections of large-scale projects, delegation to other members of team, attending weekly team status’ on production projects
—Work closely with AD/PD to adapt an entrepreneurial spirit working to actively seek opportunities to develop client account(s) selling additional services whenever possible with Senior team members
—To ensure that work is delivered by you in a timely manner and on brief and that you provide the highest level of service at the lowest possible cost
—Capable of working across a wide range of productions to a high standard
—Organizing/attending of site visits with agency and client teams, collating all relevant information and arranging supplier attendance where required to assist smooth production

Event Process
—Demonstrate understanding of site maps, cad plan layouts, physical on-site builds, health & safety, insurance, permitting and ability to trouble shoot to instruct team where required, offering pre-production on-site support & direction and authorizing final sign-off on-site

Client Servicing
—In conjunction with your client partner, to develop and deliver a vision for the event production
—Development for your account(s) that exceeds client goals, adds value to the development of the client’s business, generates fresh thinking and delivers on their brand promise
—Take ownership and accountability for delivery to your client
—To deliver high levels of client satisfaction improving client satisfaction scores for your account(s)
—To measure the results of all campaigns looking at how effective they have been and to ensure any learning’s are utilised in further work

Creative Process
—Working with PD to implement and steer creative and production solutions both in pre-production and on-site
—Deliver a creative product of the highest standard that generates measurable business return for our clients
—Attention to detail is key and directing teams on dressing and styling of events

Financial Management
—Demonstrate strong financial acumen, you are responsible for day to day detail of budget estimates, management of smaller project budgets and sections of large scale budgets, budget writing, billing of small projects, chasing payments, etc and responsible to the Department Head for your figures: forecasting profit and loss
—Ability to manage projects in accordance with client procurement procedures/contracts and managing your teams to do same

Creative Director

This role is at the heart of the agency working closely with our Chief Creative Officer and leadership team to lead creative direction across our brands. You will partner with our Client, Strategy, and Production teams to provide the best creative and strategic solutions across fashion, lifestyle and drinks clients.

Your role will be fully integrated working across all internal teams to lead the development and delivery of content and experiences.

Client Management 
—You will be working to set the vision and agenda for our clients
—You will work across Exposure to deliver excellent creative solutions to meet client needs, in partnership with strategy, client services, production and other internal teams

—You will present and articulate visions, strategies and technologies to clients from marketing executives to Board level

Operational Management 
—You will be responsible for developing creative solutions on communication, planning and pitches across brands and teams

Junior Designer

Overview

This role is at the heart of the creative team working closely with our client, production and strategy teams to help create inspiring and engaging designs across a wide range of disciplines. You will be capable of working on a range of content, experiential and design projects.

Your work will be fully integrated working across all internal teams from PR, content creation and production through to brand experiences and influencer/VIP.
