Job Description – Account Manager

Reporting to: Account Director

Overview

Exposure is an independent creative agency connecting ideas, brands and culture. We work across a range of fashion, lifestyle and beauty clients, and are looking for a collaborative, organized, proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves everything fashion, music, art and culture.

Job Responsibilities

Client Management
—Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships across multiple accounts
—Collaborate with brand stakeholders and brand partners on an ongoing basis
—Problem solve and propose viable solutions to client challenges
—Demonstrate a deep understanding of client category, objectives and business

Project Management
—Work closely with senior account team to support and/or lead projects
—Recap internal and client meetings and calls with clear and timely notes and next steps
—Guide and direct internal agency creative process and workflow
—Clearly communicate client objectives to wider agency team
—Secure and direct third party vendors where relevant

Production Support
—Build and maintain timelines and budgets with production partners
—Support internal team in flawless execution of campaigns and brand initiatives
—Serve as liaison between agency, production partners and client
—Assist with planning of shoots and activations and provide support to team

Finance and Legal Ownership
—Ensure necessary financial and legal approvals are secured for clients
—Oversee and maintain budgets and agency billing
—Confirm clear and accurate budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation
—Liase with agency and client legal teams as needed
